WAA championship always has all WAA disciplines which are:
1) Russian Axle (50 mm bar);
2) Russian Roulette (60 mm Rolling Handle);
3) Russian brick (80 mm pinch block doublehand);
4) Russian Hub (76 mm);
5) Russian Bullet;
6) Escalibur (like V-bar);
7) Certifications:
7.1. WAA Strong Hand,
7.2. WAA Silarukov handgrippers.
7.3. Inch Dumbbell certification;
7.4. Blob lift certification.
Sometimes we also have Grip Relay with various items (like 6-8 items in a row for the best time). Winners in all weight categories get medals and top winners get cups. There is an absolute winner from overall disciplines as well. There is a fee for participants which covers organization expenises, medals, etc.
